• Private parking available in the area (via Nicolò Garzilli 40) at a cost agreed with us of €15.00 per day (or €18.00 in the case of very large cars such as SUVs).

• Public car parking on the street: white lines always free; Blue Stripes free from 2.00pm to 4.00pm and from 8.00pm to 8.00am, on Sundays and holidays, for other times the cost is €1/hour (public car park managed by the Municipality of Palermo)

• Children up to and including 3 years old can stay for free in a cot. We will also provide a high chair in the living area during breakfast (This service costs €6 just one time and it also includes sheets for the cot, a blanket, two pillows, nappy bin and baby towel).

The apartment has a large living room furnished with four tables and chairs, for reading, smart-working (also taking advantage of free Wi-Fi line) or eating; the use of the fully equipped kitchen is also available for guests to prepare their own coffee, tea and herbal tea, heat food in the communal microwave.
Use of the kitchen is communal, so it will be everyone's responsibility to use dishes and appliances with care in everyone's regard. Keep clean and store what you have used in its proper place.​​
